What is the default password for UltiPro? ›

Username: Your username is your last name, first initial, and your employee ID number. Default password: your date of birth. Click the Log In button. You will immediately be taken to the Change Password screen and asked to change your password from the default.

From your home screen, touch the Time Off tile. Make sure the Time Off option is set to Time Off (Request). If not, touch the drop- down arrow to change it. Touch the blue Request Time Off button.

For departments who require PTO leave requests through Ultipro. From your home screen, touch the Time Off tile. To see details of accrual balances and a breakdown of accruals by pay period, touch the Time Off drop-down arrow.

The time entry screen for the chosen date appears. Touch ADD TIME to enter hours for this date. Your time sheet summary for the current pay period appears. Touch on a day to enter hours for that day.

Your Workday Employee ID number is what you'll use as your username to access the UltiPro portal. To find your Workday Employee ID number, go to Workday > Personal Information > About Me > Job. Your Workday Employee ID number will appear at the top of the page.

Question: What is a company Access code? Answer: The company access code is the code an HR/System Admin creates when they are setting up the UKG Pro mobile app. The code is unique to the company and once set it cannot be changed. This code is used on the first screen of the app to tide together the tenant and the app.
